I'm concerned about the academic advising area. My child is in her 5th semester at CUI and has had 4, maybe even 5, academic advisors. She is a biology major. Many universities offer professors to upper division students as their advisor. Is this available at CUI?

My girls have also had issues. One was given a course book recently that lists all your classes. I haven’t had a chance to look at it. I think it could be helpful to have that link so as parents we could also help guide.

Living on campus. The “rumor” I am told via my girls is that grad students can not live on campus? Is this true? If so any exceptions?

Looking ahead to the Christmas break, my daughter will be flying home to Wisconsin. Is it possible for her to spend Friday night, December 16 in her dorm room in the event that her flight is Saturday morning? Or will the dorms close Friday night?

First, I continue to be thrilled at our experience with Concordia, the staff, volenteers and environment. It appears that Blackboard displays the POINT SCORE in the class, and not the actual WEIGHTED SCORE. For instance, 92/106 = 87% vs. a 92%. Which then requires going into Blackboard details to check and confirm class grade.
